I can't recommend Totemic Trading Company enough. They have been very professional to deal with and communication has been great. I'm not a coffee drinker myself, but they have been very helpful in directing me with what to get for my coffee loving partner who was very happy to recieve it. Definitely recommend!

I purchased a 'Morning Machine' capsule coffee machine from Totemic Trading Company and couldn't be happier with my in-home barista quality coffees, or the service I've received from Totemic.The machine was posted Express (no delays!) immediately after I bought it and over the phone John helped me set it up. The process was seamless and quick, and I really appreciated the tips and advice John gave me about using the machine and the different types of capsules available. I've had a couple of queries since and John has been extremely responsive and willing to help.It's also been great to be able to buy more capsules locally, from Totemic, which again have been sent Express.
